SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 10: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar has condoled the sad demise of mother of Firdous Ahmad Wani, Private Secretary to Advisor (B) to Lieutenant Governor.
