KULGAM: The Government Forces on Thursday morning launched Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in the Turktachloo area of Shamsipora in the Kulgam district of South Kashmir.
A Senior official told The Kashmiriyat that a search operation has been launched jointly by forces including 1 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police, and CRPF in Turktachloo area of Kulgam.

All the entry and exit points of the area have been sealed on Thursday morning, and a door to door search operation has begun, Locals told The Kashmiriyat.
Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) was launched as an Anti Militancy operation on May 2, 2017, amid a rise in the local recruitment into Militant groups in the Kashmir valley.
