Budgam, Feb 03: Security forces on Wednesday evening launched a cordon and search operation in Central Kashmir’s Budgam village.
Reports reaching News Agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC), said security forces conducted searches in New Colony Tilsara Chrar-i-Shareef village of Budgam this evening and sealed all entry and exit points in the area.
Meanwhile, a police officer said following inputs about the presence of militants a joint team of Army’s 53RR and Special Operations Group (SOG) Pakherpora launched search operation in the area.
The searches in the area was on when last reports came in, he added. (KDC)
