Kashmir.
According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the union finance minister made the announcement during her budget speech in the parliament today.
Meanwhile, Lt. Governor Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha thanked the PM Narendra Modi and union home minister Amit Shah for announcing a gas pipeline project.
