Amid Talks, India- China Soldiers Clash in Sikkim, 24 Injured

 

Around 24 soldiers, 20 Chinese soldiers, and four Indians were injured in the clash at Naku La in Sikkim, as per news reports.

The latest incident comes months after the fatal face-off that took place on June 15 when PLA soldiers clashed with Indian troops close to patrol point 14 in the Galwan valley of easter Ladakh.

Pertinently commanders from India and China met on Sunday for the ninth round of talks to discuss a possible solution to the nearly nine-month border standoff in eastern Ladakh―(India Today)
