Hussaini Sports Club organized first ever Girls Chillia Kalan Run at Srinagar from Kashmir University to Duck Park Foreshore Road Srinagar.
On Saturday, the road run was held to explore the possibilities of holding winter sports in capital Srinagar. The race was flagged off by Sakeena Akhter Ma’am (Cricket Coach Kashmir University). It was for the first time that any competitive winter sports event was held in the district. In the event 50 girls from different clubs & institutions participated.

In the junior girls group Nazia Bano finished first, while as Zainab Ali finished second, Saniya finished third, Insha finished fourth and Aisha Manzoor finished 5th. In senior girls group Muskaan finished first, while as Hurmah Shah finished second, Ulfat finished third, Masrat Jan finished 4th and Kulsooma Bano finished 5th.
In the event, prize distribution function was also held in which Cricket Coach Kashmir University Sakeena Ma’am who was chief guest on the oaccssion. Besides, President Hussaini Sports Club Tariq Rashid Ghani, Senior Members of Club Ahsan Ali, Hamid Aziz, Zahid Hussain, Farman Ali, Vilayat Hussein, Jahangir Mohammed, Tahir Hussein, Javeed Ahmad, Sahil Ali, Aqib Hussein, Nusrat Wani, Rizwan, Shayista, Samiya & Injeela Amin was also present on the occasion. We are planning to organize Big Kabaddi League very soon said by Ahsan Ali (Secretary, Hussaini Sports Club) while presenting vote of thanks. The event was organized by Hussaini Sports Club.
