Once a child seeks admission in a school then a primary School teacher or the teacher teaching primary classes starts teaching him in a classroom situation in a well-planned and systematic manner. Since it is well established fact that a child loves his mother more than all other family member. So it is first difficult task for the teacher to create such a congenial atmosphere of teaching learning in the School that child will come happily to School leaving her mother at home. Besides teaching a teacher is also required to give love and affection to a child more than mother of the child. The first task of a teacher is to create interest and desire rather a deep thirst of learning in the child to such an extent that a great confidence will be built in the child so that he can learn properly. For the proper teaching of language a teacher has to teach four basic skills i.e: skill of listening, speaking, reading and writing. In order to carry out his task most effectively a teacher must understand the importance of language in the School curriculum and effective strategies to develop the language skill among the learners.

Pertinent to mention here that language occupies a key position in School curriculum. More so at primary stage because it is at this stage the child receives formal instruction in language for the first time. It is through language that a child learns all other subjects at School. Language also helps the child in communication and self-expression. If the child will not be able to express himself then teacher will not be able to know the progress of child in the field of teaching learning. A primary School teacher teaches Alphabets of two languages which includes Urdu/Hindi and English and also digits of Mathematics which are also known alphabets of Mathematics and then counting is taught to a child. Here the great task of a teacher is to teach recognition of alphabets of all types and combination of alphabets and formation of words. When a students will be taught proper recognition of alphabets and words formation by using most appropriate method of teaching and then reading and writing these words correctly with correct pronunciation in a most efficient manner then the student will start learning in a most successful and efficient manner.

Base of a child for learning Mathematics which is an important subject is formed by a primary School teacher. When recognition of digits and counting up to hundred and there after four fundamental operation of mathematics which includes division, multiplication, addition and subtraction would be taught to a students to such extent that they(students ) would be able to solve all the problems involving these fundamental operation in a reasonable time . When these four operations would be taught to every child on the set of natural numbers then it will also become easy for the child to learn all the operations on remaining kinds of numbers in a most possible efficient manner. A child would also be able to learn full use of “BODMAS” and then he will learn the basic mathematics properly and the studies will never become a burden for a learner and he will never consider studies as a tough task for him. Thus a learner will become sufficient efficient to acquire maximum higher Education. He will gain full command over tense, will have sufficient vocabulary of appropriate words of English or other language via Urdu/Hindi, will have good memory and sufficient sitting habit for reading purpose and will acquire sufficient self-expression. These all are the basic requirement for a student to become an extraordinary intelligent and efficient. When a child will learn as discussed above then there will be no pressure of any kind on the child. He will learn all the possible values which can be inculcated in a learner with the help of quality Education. In this way a child will become an epitome of values or a perfect personality.
