Srinagar, Dec 04: Voters in Hygam, Sangrama on Friday accused administration that they are not allowing them to cast votes

“We are not being allowed to cast votes for DDC election. The polling staff is hand-in-glove with one of the candidates, “they alleges, while speaking to news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO)
