Qazigund, Nov 28 : A Railway Police Head Constable died due to cardiac arrest inside his car in Bonigam area of Qazigund in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Saturday evening.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a Railway Police Head Constable Awtar Singh, son of Janak Singh of Chattisinghpora Anantnag suffered a heart attack inside his car in Bonigam, Qazigund.

The deceased was presently posted at Railway Station Qazigund, the official said. “He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead on arrival,” he said—(KNO)
