Bishwajit Kumar Singh assumes charge of Administrative Secretary, School Education Department

Srinagar: Bishwajit Kumar Singh Monday assumed the charge of Administrative Secretary, School Education Department of Jammu and Kashmir.
His predecessor Asghar Samoon handed over the charge to him. Singh is an IFS officer of 1989 Jammu Kashmir Cadre.
He will be the first IFS officer to hold this important post.
BK Singh as per KNT who was awaiting orders of adjustment in the Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment in a surprising move was appointed as Administrative Secretary, School Education Department. (KNT)
