Ganderbal Update: Injured PSO succumbs

 

Ganderbal, Oct 6: The Personal Security Officer (PSO) of BJP worker who sustained injuries in the Nunar, Ganderbal attack succumbed to his injuries, officials said.

According to news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Senior Superintendent of Police Ganderbal Muhammad Khalil Poswal said that the police constable Muhammad Altaf who was injured in the attack at Nunar, succumbed.

Altaf was injured in a militant attack on the house of BJP leader from Ganderbal district Ghulam Qadir at Nunar, Ganderbal. “He was removed to SKIMS hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries,” police sources said. Earlier, in the attack, one unidentified militant was killed in the retaliation by the PSO Altaf—(KNO)
