Army JCO killed in Pak firing along LoC in Rajouri

Rajouri, Oct 05: Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) of army was killed in an unprovoked firing by the Pakistani army along the LoC in Nowshehra sector of Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir

Officials told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that Pakistan army resorted to provoked firing and shelling of small arms and mortars along the LoC in Nowshera sector in which Baba Khori sub sector got badly affected.

“An army JCO got injured and succumbed to injuries later,” officials said, adding that the slain has been identified as Subedar, S Singh.

Officials added that intense cross Line of Control shelling is going on in the area with Indian army is retaliating befittingly—(KNO)
