Mumbai: Nia Sharma rang in her 30th birthday with brother Vinay Sharma. She was surprised with a lavish party and loads of cakes, gifts. The actress, who celebrated her birthday on September 17, received a special birthday bash from her close friends, which also included her Ishq Mein Marjawan co-actor Arjun Bijlani.
Nia Sharma’s 30th birthday cake was d**k-shaped, and she called it to be “best dirty 30” in her caption. Nia’s caption for the birthday post, which also included Arjun and her popping the champagne bottle, Nia giving an emotional thank you speech, read: “Safely the best dirty 30th of my life. Short of words … overwhelmed, and happiest at the moment Where to start… @gautam.sharma13 @iam_reyhna @rrahulsudhir @arjunbijlani @amrin15 @shagun08 @shurabhavinofficial @cashmakeupartistry @savantsinghpremi @bhavin.chudasama.98 Thankkk youuu all for making this our first and the most memorable one… (sic)”

This post received severe backlash from netizens. A user said that Nia Sharma is an actress and Khatron Ke Khiladi – Made In India winner, and this wasn’t expected from her. The comment read: “I was really ur fan but this pic really let us down…….some things really needed to be private.” Another comment read: “Happy Birthday ….but cake is not good…it’s looking vulgar.”
