Soldier of 13 RR caught with two girls at Srinagar Airport

 

SRINAGAR, Sep 12: Srinagar Airport Authorities on Saturday arrested an army soldier of 13 RR alongwith two girls inclduing a minor while being on way to New Delhi.

Highly placed sources revealed to Kashmir Despatch that the detained soldier has been identified as Ashok Kumar a resident of Uttar Pradesh who was posted in 13 RR at Ajas Bandipora.

Sources told Kashmir Despatch that the two girls who alongwith the soldier were on way to New Delhi allegedly for flesh trade are from Ajas and one among them is 23 year old. The other girl is said to be minor.

All the three detainees inclduing the soldier are under the custody of Humhama police station. A senior officer in police department told Kashmir Despatch that further investigations have been taken up and the soldier is likely to be handed over to army for inquest proceedings
