Major Among 2 Army Soldiers Injured In Mine Blast At LoC In Rajouri

 

Jammu, Sept 11: An army major was among two soldiers injured in a mine blast during patrolling in a forward post along the Line of Control in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district on Friday.

Official sources told GNS that the incident took place in Khori Dhaba area, resulting in injuries to Major Varun Khajuria and Subedar Ishwar Singh of 16 grenadiers.

A police officer confirmed the incident to GNS and said that the duo has been airlifted to Command Hospital Udhampur for treatment. (GNS)
