Sushant Singh Rajput’s case: Rhea Chakraborty likely to be arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau today

Mumbai: While several shocking revelations have come up during the interrogation of Rhea Chakraborty by the Narcotics Control Bureau, it is reported that the investigation agency is currently in the last leg of their questioning with the actress and she is likely to be arrested today.
According to Times Now, the ‘Jalebi’ actress, who is at the NCB office in Mumbai for the third round of interrogation today, is currently in the last leg of questioning. While her brother Showik Chakraborty along with Samuel Miranda, Dipesh Sawant and others have been arrested under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act in the drugs case linked to the probe, Rhea too might be arrested today.
The Times Now report also suggested that the NCB top officials have given a go-ahead for the arrest of Rhea Chakraborty. Not only that but the actress is also reported to undergo a medical examination as well in the evening today.
Meanwhile, another report by the channel also reported that Rhea has provided the NCB with names of several actors, directors and producers who are allegedly related to a drugs cartel. Furthermore, the report also suggested that the agency is expected to start issuing summons to the celebs, after proper verification.
Not only this but Rhea, who was confronted with her brother Showik by the NCB officials has also allegedly said that she had done drugs on the behest of Sushant.
While several other shocking revelations are reported to have been made by the actress during the interrogation, she has also filed an FIR in Bandra Police station against Sushant’s sisters and a Delhi-based doctor.
On the other hand, the CBI has taken over the case and has been probing it from all angles. While the Enforcement Directorate is currently investigating the late actor’s death case from the money laundering point of view.
