JEM hideout busted in Tral, incriminating material recovered

Tral: Government forces on saturday busted hideout in Tral belt of Awantipora town in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

An official said that based on specific information regarding militants of Jaish-e-Mohammad in forest area of Chinphadi Machama Tral, Police with 42 RR and 130 BN CRPF launched a search operation during early morning hours and during search one sloping hideout of the JeM militants roughly 08ft /08ft with height of approximately 05ft was busted and subsequently destroyed.

The incriminating material of proscribed outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad has been recovered from the said destroyed hideout.

The incriminating material has been taken into Police custody for investigation purpose.

Case FIR Number 64 /2020 under relevant sections of law stands registered at Police Station Tral.
