Udhampur, July 15: Mr. Rajinder Sharma, Senior Leader BJP Ramnagar accompanied by Ramiz Sheikh, District General Secretary, BJYM and Pankaj Sharma, Vice President, BJYM Ramnagar, while addressing a press conference at Ramnagar charged that with the coming of Mr. Harsh Dev Singh as education minister corruption reached an all time high.

He further said that during the reign of Mr. Harsh Dev Singh issues like  transfers, promotions, attachments, permissions to undergo B.Ed/ETT courses were overshadowed by corruption practices. And that the  anti-corruption watchdogs and anti-crime agencies were still probing these skeletons which brewed up in the cupboard of Education Deptt .

The computer purchase scam, microscope purchase scam, backdoor appointments in J&K BOSE, ETT scams still stand out as black spots which emerged in the period 2002-05 .

Education department had become a den of corruption. During Mr. Harsh Dev’s stint as education minister, who is now crying hoax over transparency and zero tolerance to corruption and calling himself an honest politician, Mr. Rajinder Sharma called upon Harsh Dev Singh to come clean on how his sister Smt. Sulekha Devi, an RBA-appointee, is serving at Udhampur town while relishing point to point transfers, one after the another, and his real brother Mr. Vishav Dev Singh, who had never taught a single class in service career spanning over two decades.

Demanding registration of an FIR and banning entry of Mr. Harsh Dev Singh in public offices. Mr. Sharma decried the indecent, unruly behaviour of Mr. Harsh Dev Singh with an upright, honest female officer. He said that the JKNPP Chairman immediately needs a mental checkup as well as a crash course on how to behave with female officers. Whereas female netizens have already started a campaign ‘Boycott Harshdev’ ‘Boycott JKNPP’.
