Srinagar, July 12 (KINS): Bhartiya Janata Party National General Secretary Ram Madhav Sunday said abrogation of Article 370 was to end “terrorism and anti-national” activities in Jammu and Kashmir.

According to news agency Kashmir Indepth News Service (KINS), Madhav said, “Some people were promoting anti-national activities and showing the wrong path to children. Article 370 was abrogated to end terrorism and anti-national activities in Jammu and Kashmir.”

This he stated at a party workers function here organized in remembrance of slain BJP leader Waseem Bari, who was killed recently.

“These terrorists are targeting party workers and innocent civilians. The solution is to teach a lesson to those (Pakistan) who make them militants and export here. Every person is ready to give sacrifice for this country,” he said.

“We won’t spare them who killed Waseem Bari and promote terrorism,” he added.

Earlier, he visited slain BJP leader from north Kashmir’s Bandipora district Waseem Bari’s home and offered condolences with the bereaved family.
