Tral, Apr 20: A man was critically injured when a bear attacked him near his orchard at Waged village of Tral in South Kashmir on Saturday.
Reports said that, a man namely Ghulam Mohammad, a resident of Waged area of Tral, was working at his orchard when a bear appeared and attacked him.
The passersby raised an alarm following which the bear ran away, leaving him in a pool of blood.
Soon after that, locals rushed to the spot and removed the injured to SDH Tral, where from he was referred to Srinagar for specialized treatment.
